We stand behind the services we provide. Upon completion of each job, we ask all clients to sign a satisfaction sheet. If for some reason our client is not happy with the service contracted and delivered, we guarantee to have our staff return within 24 hours, free of charge, to rectify the issue at hand.

Residential Cleaning Solutions​


We offer daily, weekly or monthly cleaning solutions for your home. Moving in/out cleans can also be arranged at your convenience. The cost of your cleaning solution will directly depend on the actual condition in which your home is and the detail of work you would like to have done.

Among the services we offer for your home are the following:

- Vacuuming carpets

- Vacuuming and damp mopping hard floors

- Cleaning woodwork (skirting, doors, frames, dado and picture rails)

- Cleaning fixtures and fittings (switches, sockets)

- Cleaning internal glazing and framework

- Cleaning external surfaces of cupboards and furniture (and inside of empty and accessible units)

- De-greasing and cleaning accessible kitchen surfaces and inside/outside of appliances

- De-scaling to and a deep hygienic clean to bathrooms

- Removing cob-webs, dusting down walls and removing marks where permissible

We would be more than pleased if you give us an opportunity to prepare you an estimate of the cleaning solution Without a Trace can award you. We can give you an estimate over the phone or on-site and it is absolutely free!

Once appointed, we would arrange a visit to your place and introduce you to the staff that will be performing the job you commanded us to do.  We would also agree on
a communication plan, and make any helpful recommendations and suggestions. It is of great importance we keep a close communication with you to ensure we achieve your cleanliness and budget goals.
